+ -1 moreI have had Naylor's do work for me in the past and always thought they were alright but this last experience with them was completely unreal. I got in touch with them on Tuesday to come out due to my furnace not working in my guest house. They said that they would have someone out here before the weekend. Never came. Tried to get ahold of them and finally got them on the following Monday. They said that they couldn't get out to my place because they had to many "emergencies". I guess my not having heat wasn't considered an emergency. Was running space heaters for the last six days but even with those my waterlines froze. It must be nice to throw away a good customer after all these years who always pays on time. We just bought a lake lot and were going to have them install our heating for the new house but not anymore. I will never use them again.
