We have contract with them, and they were supposed to finish off the interior of the home we were building. They verbally assured that they would have it done by the winter of 2013, it is now the winter of 2014, and they have not done half of the work! We used them before and had no issues, but it seems like they have put us on the back burner and are taking other jobs. The original contract was supposed to be 1/3 down. Then last year around the holidays they asked me for another 1/3 of the payment, because they needed money and it was the holidays and I gave it to them. Then in the spring they came to me and asked for another $4500 over and above the contract amount because they said they needed the money for the fuel it took to come out and I gave that to them. Now they are still not done and they are not returning any of my calls! The work that they do is excellent however, they are not responding to any attempts to contact them to get the work finished.

They were prompt, punctual, and polite. They finished the job in a timely fashion, and did ask questions if they weren't sure how we wanted something. They were within budget, and cleaned up after themselves. They also worked very well together, and anyone could see that they love what they do. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for repair or remodeling contractors.

I was not happy with Travelers Ins. Agent who insisted that I use Ash Co. for my house repairs - now I have to wait until spring and will probably have all kinds of house and property (personal) damage.
