Description of Work: Price is average payment. Last semester service was to fix junction box that was bumped by a car exposing 400 + vokts that my kids could have touched. It took them months to come and repair. Electric companies are a monopoly and not fair to the customer.

They immediately sent out two representatives to look at how our home was set up. They were courteous and explained about the electrical. Over all it was a very good experience.

+ -1 moreThey were very attentive and they answered our call right away. They did their best to try to find the problem. They didn't charge for the troubleshooting and they found the problem. We have no choice but to use them because they are the only ones here.
Description of Work: We used Beltrami Electric Cooperative to hook up all our electric when we built our house. They did troubleshoot for us a couple of years ago.
