Description of Work: New roof installed and two dormer windows wrapped plus a new gutter installed.

Description of Work: I had an appointment for installation of gutters and to wrap two posts. I informed them that I would be gone at the time that they had scheduled the installation and to reschedule the installation. When I returned home I found that they had come out and installed the gutters only. I called them and informed them that I was very disappointed that they had installed when I was gone and that they had neglected to wrap the posts. They returned and wrapped the posts. Later I noticed that the gutters were dripping at three of the seams. I called them and informed them of this. They came out and sealed two of the three seams and did not even knock on the door to talk with me - I did not even know that they had been out. I called them back and they informed me that someone had been out to seal the gutters. I checked the gutters and discovered at that time that they had only sealed two of the three locations that leaked. I called them again and informed them of that and they said that they would have someone stop by when they were out my way again and reseal that seam. Again I later found out that someone had been out and resealed that seam and they again did not knock on the door to inform me of this - they knew that I was home. So, obviously they are not to be trusted.

Description of Work: Put on steel roof - left hole in roof, filled in hole and worker asked me was I sorry I put on steel roof - told him no was sorry I used his company. Put in faulty screens that tattered within 1 year - replaced them but accepted no liability.
