Very responsive and professional

Very cost-effective design of various colors and patterns as they would appear on the mansard roofs of the five buildings in our HOA. Kimberly was especially helpful in providing us with timely, professional help at each stage of our communications with the company. Zak and Daniel also did a wonderful job in presenting the design options for use by our governing board.

We have used Simonson Design as we went through an earlier design phase several years ago on our yet-to-be built new home, which we put on the back burner for several years. Presently, with a new design approach, we have "reset" the project back to the start and are excited to have the Simonson Design team once again by our side as our dream home design and plans come to fruition. We regularly recommend Simonson Design to others that are about to build but don't know where to start.
