Description of Work: The water heater stopped working and Bob came out the same day I called. He cleaned a valve and got it up and running in less than one hour! He was fair about his labor cost because it didn't take him a full hour to complete the work.

Description of Work: Requested a bid on converting transite heat ducts that are taking on water into drain tile, retrofit ducts into ceiling and install sump pit/pump.

 + -1 moreVery professional and friendly. Used covers over their shoes in my house which was very courteous. (Last plumber refused to remove or cover his shoes). These shut off valves were a little hard to get to in the small utility room and they did a great job. Definitely will use Lange's in the future.

 + -1 moreWe wanted a very thorough vent cleaning after having some remodeling work done and Matt did a great job. His quoted price was less than several others (although more than the stick-a-vacuum-hose-down-the-vent guys). They worked around our schedule and did a great job. When I mentioned that I would also like the dryer vent cleaned at the very end, they added that on. Matt also gave us some great advice about maintaining our furnace going forward. Appreciated the great service.
