When I returned I saw that two 5" branches had been cut off an iron wood on the front side of the yard and the branches had been left on the ground where they fell. On the way down the branches scrapped the bark off half the branches on the pine trees. For the Oak on the side of the yard, he cut a 12" limb that was interfering with several white pines. The top of one of the white pines was broken off and the limbs left on the yard. He also cut 3-4 4" dead branches that could have been reached from the ground. He failed to cut the 2/3 of the branches that he agreed to cut. My wife called him and asked him to at least return and cut the branches into 18 inch pieces so we could manage them. He returned, but cut the pieces into 3 ft lengths. For $300.00 he essentially cut one large branch and 5 small/dead branches. Left them on the ground.
