+ 0 moreThey were on time and very pleasant. Laid blankets down as not to dirty floors from the hoses they use to clean. Got right down to work when they arrived and got everything done in a timely manner. Cleaned up when done and asked if we had any questions. Everything cleaned up nicely and didn't take long to dry. Price was good also.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in bedroom,basement,stairs,& two hallways. Also, cleaned a couch, two chairs and ottoman.

All of the stains were treated and removed, including a very bad stain where detergent had spilled in the laundry room and kept seeping up through the carpet collecting extra dirt. They obviously have a lot of pride in doing a good job since it is a faamily owned business, not a big chain. A friend recommended them and has used them for years, so will I.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in several rooms and stairs. Moved heavy furniture and put it back on little pads after cleaning.

+ -1 moreThey were very friendly and pretty fast in getting here. They offered to move furniture, but we did it ourselves. They worked very hard on some of the things on the carpet, but it didn’t come out.
