Ben was very professional with a quick response time, as this was a Saturday afternoon emergency, as a pipe had burst under the cabin. He spent time discussing the situation with my husband, and said he would be there within an hour. He got the pipe fixed and water back on very quickly & efficiently. Will definitely use int future, I would highly recommend Ben to friends & family.

Bruce was terrific! He's honest, hard working and personable. He explained that a couple of issues I thought I had weren't necessary to do and found the perfect kitchen faucet for my needs. He's superb! I'll be calling Junction Plumbing and Heating first when I need some work done in the future.

Ben came over right when he said he would, and after evaluating the job, explained why I didn't need to do everything he had quoted. This ended up saving me about half his original quote, and I now have 2 working outdoor faucets.
