+ 0 moreFrom beginning to end there were problems. They were rude and condescending. When confronted about something they did wrong, they made excuses and said we were being too picky and they blamed the age of the house. Some of things that they did wrong, incorrect counter tops....which they never replaced. Front door was delivered damaged. Mud and tape lines were all visible in the entry way. They installed incorrect hvac ductwork and therefore lowered the ceiling height so low that we now hit our head. We told them we wanted to keep one very nice window in the basement....and of course they didn't, they took it out and replaced it with a wall. They removed antique moulding to build a pantry and they threw it all away. The mouldings are no longer available and I have none to go around the pantry....big ole open spot with no moulding that they could have fixed.....but they threw it all away, unbelievable!! This is not an all inclusive list! In conclusion, very rude, very unprofessional, they always said they were super busy and they made me feel like we should be lucky to even be speaking with them. If I could give lower than an F rating, I would. Never again!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE! HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

+ -1 moreThis has been a horrible experience and there's no way we would ever hire him again. I'm tires of hearing that I live in an old house so I shouldn't expect much. He makes sure he knows he's overbooked and I guess we're supposed to feel lucky he's even still talking to us. I just want our house fixed and to never have to deal with this guy again.
Description of Work: Angells was hired to reshingle our house. Left it open/tarped the first evening with severe storms forecasted. Woke up in the middle of the night to water pouring in our house - down our walls, down our stairs, everywhere. That was 6 weeks ago and we're still trying to get him to set a time to come out and look at damages to be repaired. We're currently in contact with an attorney and have contacted city and county offices in hopes they can motivate him to resolve this. He has been rude and demeaning throughout the entire process.

Description of Work: We had a garage built. We are very pleased with the quality of the structure. The Sales Manager worked with us throughout the entire process. We would use this company for future projects and would recommend their services.
