SHAWN, THE OWNER, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, MADE GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS, HE WAS HONEST, AND HELD TO HIS WORD. HE CALLED TO EXPLAIN WEATHER DELAYS AND PERSONALLY REVIEWED FINAL WORK. HIS CREW WERE FRIENDLY. THEY DO NEED TO CHECK LOCAL ORDINANCES FOR START TIMES.
Description of Work: BUILT A TWO TIER RETAINING WALL IN FRONT YARD, REGRADED BACK YARD TO LEVEL IT, INCLUDING BLACK DIRT AND SEED, ALSO INSTALLED ROCK FILLED PATH FROM SIDE DOOR.
