+ -1 moreI have used Bob Weiss before and also have attended his class (Bulletproof Your Computer). I tend to pick up viruses and have other issues due to not being very tech savvy. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He has a depth of experience in all aspects of computers, including security. He also has an excellent newsletter. I wouldn't use anyone else!
Description of Work: Bob returned a laptop that he had done a restore on and also worked on my very slow desktop.
