+ -1 moreI was very happy with the expertise and friendliness of the technician, Paul R. The company called me immediately after I filed the claim to schedule the appointment and sent a reminder, by text and email if I remember correctly. The technician showed up at the expected time and I believe he also called me beforehand to let me know he was on the way. He explained the repair he was going to make and why, and had me carefully inspect it to make sure I was satisfied with the result. He told me that if for some reason the fill of the divot didn't work out--either because driver visibility was hampered or a further crack later appeared--the company would replace the entire windshield at no cost to me. So far the repair has been just fine. I felt the scheduling, notifications and technician's service were excellent and this deserves a strong positive review. It stands out in my memory as a very satisfying customer service experience.
Description of Work: The technician inspected a crack in the windshield caused by a rock thrown from a vehicle traveling in front of ours. He determined that filling the crack was a better strategy than replacing the entire windshield. That service was completed.

Description of Work: They filled a crack in the windshield. They were supposed to also replace my windshield wipers and the technician forgot them. I was not completely happy with them as I had asked if we could delay the service due to the cold temperature but the technician insisted it would be fine.
