+ -1 moreIt went great. He and his employee were prompt and courteous and they revealed problems that the buyer was grateful to be made aware off. He also capped the gas line which was a potential safety and fire/explosion hazard.
Description of Work: They de-winterized a home, pressurized the plumbing system and discovered freeze damage in the Jacuzzi tub and leaking toilet mechanism, he capped an uncapped natural gas line in the garage, and advised the potential buyer and me (the realtor) that the well was an indoor sand point. Then he re-winterized the plumbing.

+ -1 moreThe plumber, Ben?, came on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was at our lake home and we were having 12 guests coming in a couple hours, with a well that wasn't working, so very little water. He fixed it very efficiently and professionally and was all done long before our guests came. We were very happy with the service.
Description of Work: Put in new pressure tank in our well.

+ -1 moreI called Randy in mid-July and explained the work I wanted done. He said that his truck was in the shop, but would hopefully call me later in the week to arrange a visit. He didn't call. I called back after a couple of weeks. He said he had been on vacation. We arranged for him to come out the morning of August 2. He never showed, and he never called to say he wouldn't be able to make it.
Description of Work: Never showed up.

They answered all the questions; when I wanted to know, if it was better to replaced the water heater or reconfigure the hose for the water heater, on demand. We discussed and I was really happy with their information; they, seemed well versed in what, I had asked. They called the city inspector and dealt with that and were very timely. They had a bill to us quite quickly; so, it's been very positive experience.
Description of Work: I used Randy's Plumbing & Heating; they, took a look at the water heater to see what was wrong and then replaced it with a, new water heater, in December 2011. I had a few other things around the house which I wanted them to do; like, a couple of leaking fosses and they did that, willingly.

+ -1 moreI had a dripping faucet and was unable to fix it myself since I could not get the shut-off valves to turn. They were able to come out the same day I called and replaced the faucet, drain and shut-off valves. They were very professional and completely cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: Replaced dripping bathroom faucet and drain. Replaced frozen shut-off valves.
