 + -1 moreThey would still be providing my service (25 years worth) but their equipment got obsolete and they couldn't compete with the big boys.

 + -1 moreA small hiccup every once in a "catch". By the time I could call in, it was back on. Their patience in dealing with this small matter was amazing.
Description of Work: CTC provides my internet service. Their customer service and technical support are always free and always there. They are outstanding!! They also are valued members of the Brainerd Lakes Area community providing jobs and giving back.
