Description of Work: We are in Ely MN. We worked with numerous local electricians who either did not return calls or were incompetent. Brown Electric initially came out in winter when we had no heat. We had a problem with boiler not being reliable since ~2006. It turned out that the elaborate Tekmar electronic control Rusco Plumbing installed during construction in ~2005 when we built was not only not working, it was never connected. Now our heating system is reliable. Numerous electricians and heating contractors never found the problem. Mike is a diagnostic genius. Mike also figured out why our wiring that was installed during construction by Cunningham Electric never worked. There was a short somewhere in the wall. Mike fixed that too. They are coming back to set up a wireless connection between the house and the garage and to install 2 lamp posts. We have finally found an electrician who knows what he is doing. They also answer phone calls and show up when scheduled. That is unusual in Ely MN.

+ -1 moreThey were very pleasant and responsive to deal with. We had them back a half of dozen times. I call them up and they come out. They are extremely responsive and honest. I cannot say enough good things about them.
Description of Work: They installed some under cabinet lightning.
