+ -1 moreThey reassembled the system without a mixing valve , they aren't used much these days. System now works fine and no more hot water is sent to the toilet . Very satisfied with the job. I appreciated them taking the time to talk about work in the future that we need done and not be in a rush to leave, they actually gave me some tips to save money and do myself prior to their return.
Description of Work: Removed a faulty mixing valve in the bathroom.

+ -1 moreThis company was different right from the get-go. A friendly lady answered the phone, and got most of the details for items we needed repaired. She had the head plumber call me and verify the information and schedule a date. Twenty to thirty minutes before they were to arrive the receptionist called and told me the plumbers were on their way. There were two younger guys who showed up, and they were very respectful of us AND our home. I told them it was not necessary to remove shoes or any of that being they were going to be spending a fair amount of time in the basement. About half an hour after the two young men showed up, another guy knocked at the door. It was another plumber! He was bringing supplies for the younger guys, and he helped them finish up the job. We had to leave for a little bit, and left the plumbers alone. They were super! I was amazed, as when I got home, the work was all completed. There was little evidence they had ever set foot in our home, as things were really neat and tidy. They went ahead and bolted our bathroom sink to the wall (it had been slanted ever since we moved here 3 years ago), they caulked around the sink, and installed the faucet, and it looks so nice it brought tears to my eyes! These are the professionals that you only remember hearing about... My dad is a retired plumber, so I am familiar with how things should be, and these guys are above par.
Description of Work: This plumber did numerous things in our home, including replacing the main water valve, replacing an outside water spigot, replacing a faucet in the bathroom.

+ 1 moreThey did an excellent job! They are pleasant to work with and know what they are doing. They give you everything up front and are reliable, which is a big thing.
Description of Work: They did all of the plumbing work in the new construction we had done 5 years ago. Lately we have had trouble with our sump pump and they have addressed that about 3 times. We went with some new pump motors and they put those in.
