Description of Work: They came out and gave us a bid, then worked with us to get what we wanted at the best price. Were in and out in one day with the unit working, came back to finish it up the next day. We got a new furnace and air conditioner (heat pump). I had never even heard of one of those, but we saw the difference in the bill with our useage. Steve and Penny, the owners, were there and still are to answer any questions that we have. We like the service so much and the way that they treat you that we bought a new fireplace insert from them in March and they again have gone out of their way to give us the best service and price in town.
