Description of Work: Started digging a new well in April 2010. After many calls came back in Oct to finish the job. He said it was done I paid him and I closed up my house and went to AZ for the winter. Returned in Apr 2011 and turned everything on. Bad news, water was coming out over the top of the caseing. They came back 2 or 3 times and could not fix the prob. After several conversations, they said they had the parts to do the job and would be back to do the job. Several letters, calls, etc, and 8 weeks later, no one ever came. Other well diggers are giving me a price to fix it , and he will be going to conciliation court.
