 + -1 moreSomeone tripped on my charging cord when I was at the airport and it plugged into an outlet across from my chair. The laptop port for the charging cord was broken and my laptop would not longer hold a charge. I was desperate to get it repaired quickly. When getting bids from local stores and even calling local businesses I located online, I found that the price for the part remained about the same, but the labor charge was anywhere from $175-$225. Jayme's labor charge was much more reasonable. I felt he was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and he really went above and beyond in all areas of the repair process. I would not hesitate to give him my business again, and I would highly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Jayme diagnosed the problem with my Dell laptop . He called Dell to see if it was under warranty. To make sure he got the right parts he asked me for the service tag number and quoted a very reasonable price over the phone. He notified me promptly once the part arrived and scheduled an immediate repair. Actually, he fixed it while I waited - took about 45 minutes. Upon completing the initial repair, we discovered that there was another part that needed replacing. Jayme ordered it for me with prompt delivery and replacement. Again, he checked out my laptop to make sure it was charging and working properly before I left.
