water softeners
 + -1 moreOriginally, I hired Tubbs to just deliver salt.. Very Prompt.. However, 3 times softener was so overfilled it created a 'bridge'.. The last time it happened my rubber mallet did NOT work to break it up.. the bridge was like a 'solid ice cube' and Tubbs REFUSED to resolve the issue.. ***I had to HIRE CULLIGAN TO bring a special tool to fix the issue!!***.. I forgave them for that also.. My water softener needed replacing.. They were quick to get it done BUT same day, I developed a electrical issue.. For some reason, unit was throwing the breaker.. never happened with old softener.. They denied it was 'related to new softener'.. Electrician revamped electrical so that new unit would no longer pose a problem.. What went un-noticed when they replaced the softener is this- my reverse osmosis filters are maybe 3 inches from the softener and they removed one of the filters as, CLEARLY it was in the way, I understand that.. However, it is 6 weeks ago since installation and I only notice last week when I cleaned the utility room.. Called to ask them to please put it back so that I do NOT have to pay a pricey service call from Mulligan.. They DENIED removing it!!... Tubbs Soft Water and I are the ONLY PEOPLE who are ever in that room!!.. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY because they are evidently NOT HUMAN and never make mistakes!.. Hired NEW company today, enough is enough..

 + -1 moreGreat service as noted above. Very prompt and speedy, but also very competent. All of my plumbing problems were resolved in one morning and for a very reasonable price. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
Description of Work: I purchased a foreclosed property that had been vacant for 12-18 months. The property had significant winter damages and also had major prior owner fixes that needed to be corrected. Tubbs showed up as requested and performed the following services on the first call: Corrected electrical problems associated with the shut-down of the well, corrected plumbing problems in the well pit and disconnected unused well connections, corrected plumbing problems in the basement by re-routing the incoming water line from the pump, fixed a non-functioning toilet, installed a drain, shower head, tub faucet and connected the water for the tub/shower, replaced a faucet for the bathroom sink, replaced the faucet for the kitchen sink and finally removed the water softner that had frozen and replaced it with a new unit. All of this work was done within four hours and has functioned perfectly since.

 + -1 moreRod called efore coming out to make sure I was ready for him. He arrived shortly after and began one project after another working from 9 AM straight through til about 2 PM. No breaks, no lunch. We examined each project after we turned on the water. Everything appeared OK. Several minutes after he left I noted a leak below an area he had been working in. I gave him a call and he immediately returned to correct the problem. Great service.
Description of Work: Replumbed sink, shower, drain and overflow, toilet in bathroom, replaced kitchen faucet, replaced broken water softner, rerouted plumbing in basement and capped off useless plumbing in well pit.
