When I explained the issue and was checking availability for the next morning, they mentioned they were finished at 3:30 that day but did I want someone to come immediately if one of their electricians were in the area? I was very pleased and said yes...Steve showed up about 15 minutes later. I explained what had happened and he not only fixed the problem, he took the time to show me what had happened. Since we would be charged for the first hour, I asked if he could look at a few other small problems which he did and fixed them. I was very pleased with the experience and have a quote for other work we hope to do in the future. Steve was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions.

It was a great experience. The provider called to see if he could come early! That never happens. He was both friendly and professional. He checked with me for final placement of all fixtures as he worked. He went the extra mile to keep drywall repair to a minimum, and even did some of the patching with pieces he cut from other spots. Saved me money there. Highly recommend Kendrick Electric.

Kendrick electric came in on time on short notice on Saturday morning at 7 o'clock and exceeded my expectations and fixed the problem for a low fee.

This is the second time we've had Kendrick do work for us - the first time was as part of a partial remodel on our previous home and this time was on our new (old - 1917 construction) home. Robert and Rob were punctual, professional and personable - they looked over what we wanted to do, talked it over between them and with us and then went immediately to work. They are both technically expert and aesthetically excellent. We've asked them to quote on two additional pieces of work and expect to have them back in the next few months to complete those projects as well. Really happy with the work they've done for us.

The electrical project went exceedingly well. Kendrick Electric showed up when they promised, did the project in the amount of time they had estimated and was prompt on the followup work. I would recommend this firm and plan to use them again in the future.

The tech showed up on time, was very professional in diagnosing the issues - and he brought all the right equipment and parts to solve the issues, even though we didn't know what was going to be wrong in either situation. Great work. Arrived on time, very professional service person. All 3 fixtures done in a short time (less than 2 hours). The fixtures were all chandelier-style, so were and quot;finickyand quot; - still done very quickly, and with lots of care. They offered that I could hang the individual glass pieces on my own if I wanted to save some $, but were perfectly happy to complete everything if I wanted. I liked having the option and honesty up front - hadn't thought ahead of time about how tedious the crystals could be, and how much professional time that might add up to. The fixtures also required some special bulbs, which he educated me on how to find, how they would work (or not work) if I chose other bulbs, etc. Very pleasant, very informative, incredibly professional. I'll definitely call again for any lighting or electrical work for our home. Kendrick was my 2nd or 3rd call (the previous two being difficult to schedule with, required a certain number of hours regardless of the job's needs, and had many requirements for me to complete on my own ahead of time due to the chandelier style). Could not thing of how they could have done any better at meeting and exceeding our expectations. In coordinating timing with other contractors doing work, they were real accommodating to show up at a specific time. The office personnel were very easy to work with in scheduling and responding to need for timeliness. On top of that, the electricians were really nice guys and good to have around. Great contractor!!

It was a fine experience. They came and finished early and they take an hour even and the problem was fixed. They were nice. I would recommend them.

The electricians arrived as promised. They were courteous and professional, they explained the work they were doing and also what we could expect. They worked diligently and was able to complete the entire project in 8 hours. They were careful not to track mud and dirt into the house, they cleaned up after they were done, and removed all of the garbage. Kendrick Electric did a fantastic job, and we will be happy to use them again.

Two employees showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Were very courteous and took great care in making sure everything was done to our expectations. They were very careful in working around existing countertops and cabinents. It was very obvious that they knew what to do and how to do it. They did an excellent job of cleaning up everything, including vacuuming floors. We would have no problem in recommending this company.

We needed some electrical work at a property we purchased. There were switches that went to nothing and then no switches for other lights. Kendrick Electric was able to straighten everything out and help us to create a logical system of switches/lights in the basement. I don't know much about the price of electrical work since I've rarely had to have any done, so I don't know how their prices compares to anyone else. The electrician was there for about 4 hours, so I think the charge was reasonable. The electrician was very pleasant and capable and listened to us and answered all our questions.

Was able to get scheduled for an estimate within a few days of calling. They showed up on time for the estimate appointment and for the actual work. Mark did a nice job and was pleasant to work with. Tidy and thorough.

Surveyed our need and provided a complete estimate by email. Performed work on time. Worker considerate about cleaning up and being punctual.. Would recommend.

They were professional and responded very quickly - which I definitely appreciated.

I purchased an air compressor for the garage that requires a 240v line. The problem was that my electric service was on the other side of the house with no easy way to get a new electric line to the garage. They had to go from the basement up two stories into the attic, across the house and back into the basement where they installed a subpanel for future needs. From there a 240 v line was run to the garage. While they were at it, 2 surge protectors were installed in the breaker panels. The job was completed timely and professionally.

We had bought a new microwave/vent hood to go over our stove the previous week and had made arrangements with another company to install it on Monday. On Monday when they arrived to install it they discovered the old vent hood used a 15 amp circuit and the new one needed a whole new 20 amp circuit. They couldn't install it. We had a deadline that it had to be installed that week. I was beginning to panic. On Tuesday I checked Angie's List and found Kendrick Electric, which I recognized. I called them and explained my problem to Mike. He took the information and said he would call me right back. A little bit later Mike called back and gave me an estimate for installing both the new line and outlet and to install the microwave. The best part was he said he could have someone come right over if it worked for me. Of course it did! About an hour or so later Kevin showed up. Kevin was great! He took care of everything in what seemed like no time. Then before he left he asked me if I had anything else he could take care of while he was there. I would use Kendrick again in a minute.

They were on time both times that they came. They helped suggest placement for the new lights and everything looks great and provides plenty of light. We had used the company in 2007 to do the wiring required when we remodeled our kitchen. They had given a lower estimate than another company and we were very happy with their work.

Very well. We have used this firm in the past and found their prices below average and quality excellent.
