ARC Window Cleaning

The technician was prompt, thorough and efficient.

We originally hired them to clean our exterior windows. In a prior review I said the windows were streaky and windows were not totally clean. They contacted me to see what they could do to correct the problem. I had them come back out and it was determined the exterior windows were clean then problem was the interior windows were dirty. We hired them to clean interior windows and remove screens. They did clean the interior windows and now the windows are wonderfully clean. I would highly recommend them to clean your windows and they removed 2 wasp nests also for me. Forgive me for the bad review on 9/27.... it was our problem not theirs!! Hire them and you will be pleased with their profesional service!!!

My experience was great from the woman who first contacted me after I inquired, to the delightful gentleman who did did the work. He worked steady despite the temperature of 90 without complaints and was able to clean some window that I hadn't been able to get clean. I appreciated the option to have just certain windows. It was more expensive than I have paid in the past, but I'm happy I had them cleaned. I would request the same person, when I call again.

ARC called me back immediately and scheduled their services around my availability. They did an outstanding job on the house and the deck. I will hire them again!
