ARC Window Cleaning

I can't be more satisfied with ARC's service. I asked for a quote on a window cleaning job through HomeAdvisor. ARC came out and did an estimate the same day. Later I asked to add gutter cleaning. Antoinette followed up and sent me an update quote promptly. I got a call reminding the appointment time on the day, and Gary arrived right on time. He did a thorough job on the gutter first, then moved on to the windows. The windows are perfectly clean both inside and outside. The screens too. Gary even removed all the stickers my toddler son put on the inside of one window. I'm so satisfied with Gary's work that I asked ARC to come back to wash and reseal the deck too.

I needed north side of my roof cleaned when I learned it had algae on it. ARC did an estimate and I liked that so I had them do the work. The two guys were friendly and respectful and they did a good job. The woman on the phone who set the job up was friendly and respectful as well. Only (slight) negative was I had to wait a little longer, and I guess this shows their work is in demand. They also cleaned the high-up window above my entry door.

They did a very good job. They were prompt, professional, and thorough as well as pleasant.

I am very pleased with the work that was done by ARC- with no loud music, talking or smoking. ARC was very respectful of the homeowner which is very important to me. The downspouts were cleaned and gutters covers put on in about 2 hours. Everything was done as stated in the work order and scheduled for a time that was convenient for me.

He was able to come the very next day, was polite and respectful of our house, and actually did a little bit more than we originally agreed. I've had cheaper service, but not better service from a window washer. I'd hire him again.

I hired them to clean my gutters. They tossed everything on my driveway, raspberry bushes, neighbors fence and in my down spouts. Did not ask for the garden hose to wash the gutters or down spouts out. The only thing good was my phone was not working so we had to do everything by email.
