ARC Window Cleaning

The young me, Keanu and Sam, were professional, kind, and thoughtful. Can't say enough about the customer service of everyone involved. Antoinette called to give me the arrival time, which was accurate and they did great work. Definitely recommend them.

We were planning to replace gutters (! leaking at a seem) and installing gutter covers. Gary explained that our gutters were in great shape except for the one seem. Ha then repaired that seem. This saved us a lot of money. We are very happy to see someone be honest with us. Thanks

Gary was on time, professional and did a great job cleaning our windows. Antoinette helped set up the appointment and follow up question because of an ice storm in the area. Excellent communication, service and quality of work!

Antoinette repeatedly e-mailed me and told me that they could not make it out to redo my triangular porch windows because they were at other jobs. Her husband did them and did not do them well so I asked for him to redo them. Then she called and said they couldn’t don them during the Xmas season because they were going on a mission trip. She e-maile a few times last nite and said he would be there at this time then e-mailed again and said no, he would be there earlier after I e-mailed her and asked her to call me because I had other plans for the day. Her husband came here anyway and rapped on my door, my living room window, called twice and checked to see if my car was in the garage. I was furious as I told them before I would leave the south door open on the porch but I hate to do that because if I am not home to watch him he will walk in with his boots on and I will have to clean up the mess on our already newly stained floor. I will pay them the 100.00 even though my window is still not done - just to get away from them. Too many excuses not to do the work, too many e-mails, not business appropriate phone calls.

Had very dirty gutters needed cleaned before it was not possible and they were only place willing and able to fit me in their schedule at last minute.

He was able to do the work on the same day. Was very helpful with info on safety.

Fast and efficient

Very impressed with the whole company from start to finish. It's scary to have work done on your home. There's always a fear that you'll get taken or the work/materials will not be what was promised. ARC and Gary were polite, did exactly what was promised and kept a clean work site. I HIGHLY recommend ARC and will be sure to pass the recommendation along.
