Paul came and tested some things on our furnace because our ecobee thermostat kept restarting/cycling on cold mornings so it was taking a long time to get up to the temp it normally is for daytime. My husband suspected it was a sensor but turned out the censor was doing its job but turning things off because otherwise it would be overheating. We could have either replaced a part but likely have to do it again and the furnace was about 12 years old or just get a new furnace for less than twice the cost of the replacement part. We decided to just get a new, more efficient furnace. He came out on Wednesday to test, dropped off the furnace Wednesday evening and then installed Thursday afternoon. He even cleaned up some of the utility room and put in a new hose for our dehumidifier. Super good at communicating and really gave us a great price for a Lennox top of the line furnace! Would recommend!

100% SCAM & UPSELL The owner, Payl, did the service call & refused to tell me what was causing my furnace to not produce heat. Instead, he listed off many problems with my furnace, and said that he would not feel right to fix my furnace, knowing that it would probably break down in the middle of winter. The only price he would give me was over $9000 for a new furnace. Even after explaining, I was selling my place in the next six months, he continued to tell me about warranties & why I should do it. Ugh!! The warranty will not transfer to a new owner. He also said my furnace was near 25 yo yet it?s not even 18 yo. All he kept saying is that he was not scamming, but that is exactly what he was doing!! I had Centerpoint come out & they fixed it for $241, Plus, checked all the other things that Payl said was wrong with my furnace. It was just a control board that needed to be replaced and the guy even gave me a discount to offset having to pay $180 for this company to try to scam me.

Found nothing bad in 2-year old furnace for tune-up. Said exchanger was getting dried out which might have mean he noticed some black flakes where brittleness might have started. Got an inspection camera to record the shown defect to log, and compare in next furnace checkup. Thinks my Bryant furnace is crap (his words), and only recommends Lennox and Courier, but no one contacted via Angi offered those brands. He did not find anything wrong, but seems he wants to setup a scenario for later repairs. He could be right, but I doubt a $12K furnace is crap.

Paul was FANTASTIC ! He removed my old furnace and installed the new one in about 3 hours. The new furnace is quieter and works perfectly. I previously had Air Knights out to repair my AC, and they were there quickly, and serviced my unit effectively. I will have them back any time I have a problem. They are great.

Up and running in a couple hours on a hundred degree day when my central air stopped running. Couldn't be more thankful.

Paul went out of his way to show up quickly and, when we determined we needed a new furnace, he was able to get it installed the same day. Works great, and is much more efficient than the old one. Highly recommend these guys.
