Paul was outstanding. He gave me same day service (twice) on a very busy Saturday.

I was very pleased that he was willing to work late to complete my job on the same day I called. Also, he was very polite and considerate.

He was very helpful. Very polite, very nice young man, Considerate, He did what he said he would do. Very happy with him and the work he did.

Scheduled for 12 noon. Paul called and said it would be around 3 pm latest. I called at 2 to follow up and we met by 230. He was courteous. professional and solved the issue.

Repairman came very quickly. He worked hard, both to make sure the job was done right, but also to save me as much money as possible.

The labor cost was reasonable but the cost for the part was three times higher than what it would cost at a parts store.

Paul is young but obviously a man of integrity. My A/C had frozen so Paul turned the heat up in my house (on a hot, humid day) to thaw the unit. When thawed he checked the A/C then had to add seven pounds of refrigerant needed for that 25 year old air conditioner. He had to bring in a 2nd canister of whatever it was. Paul has integrity not often found in service companies today. I especially strongly recommend Five Star Heating & Air Conditioning to any senior citizen fearful of being treated unfairly. You will be treated with honesty and kindness.

Found a cracked heat exchange and had to replace the furnace. Brought in and replaced it over night. Went beyond the required work. Professional team, quick response. Pleasant to deal with. Office team very friendly to work with also.

Very quick response to Home Advisor request. Unfortunately furnace had to be replaced, but Paul provided same day service. Professional and knowledgeable service. Would highly recommend them.
