Got the furnace up and running quickly.

They did a fine job tuning up the furnace. Everything is ready for the winter. Will be having them back in the spring to get the AC tuned up. Well done.

My wife and I are recent first time home owners. We were having trouble with our Air Conditioning unit and they were able to make it out that day. They not only fixed the problem but gave great tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again. They also provided helpful pointers on how to take care of the unit to ensure it longest possible life span. They were very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. they installed the broken inducer motor but told me the furnace venting was done incorrectly and the heat exchanger was being damaged. neither of these things were true--i think they simply tried to scare me even though they knew i was not going to have them do the work. I did really like Paul--and was so disappointed to find out he had lied to me.

Paul and Roman were great! He was the first to give me a call back and first to even volunteer to come out and look at our job at 8pm on a Wednesday night. With no additional fee as well! Unfortunately, our furnace needed to be replaced. We told Paul he could wait until the next day to install the new unit, but he insisted on getting us taken care of that evening. We were up and running with a new furnace by midnight! He explained everything in detail and was very professional, friendly and honest. You can tell he really cares about his customers. I would recommend him to any of our family and friends!

I thought my thermostat was faulty but It ended up being the furnace. Paul spent almost two hours troubleshooting the problem and getting it cleaned and fixed. His professionalism and excellent customer service impressed me and I will definitely call on him again for any furnace or ac issues in the future. I highly recommend Paul. Thank you, Paul!
