I felt I was overcharged by this company. Yes, he fixed the problem. He was there less than 10 minutes and was given an option to pay $$$$.00 for some Freon and sealer.

Paul was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was on time. He explained the problem well. Our central air conditioning has been working great!

I asked a question, does a capacitor starter for an A/C unit cost $700. It appears online the starter cost about $35.00. that means it was $665 labor for 15 minutes work. If that is correct then OK, but if not, not happy.

Buyer be aware, they charged me $695 for a capacitor that is available at Amazon for $14. During the analysis phase Pavel stated that the capacitor is for $65. Buyer Beware.

I requested an A/C check up to determine its condition. I was charged a very reasonable $75 in the middle of a hot summer for the evaluation. I could not have asked for a more detailed, honest evaluation and game plan going forward. When I need to replace my A/C unit, Air Knights will be the company that will do it! Trustworthy, knowledgeable and fair are the most important factors when determining an A/C contractor. Air Knights checks all 3 boxes!

Service seemed rather expensive compared to other companies. Air knights had lightning-fast customer service and that is what got me. Definitely compare prices across providers first. Also Angie has these guys rated WAY higher than or the BBB...

Paul was very quick to respond, get the parts and make everything back up.

Prompt, Polite and knowledgeable

Needed to have a furnace blower fan replaced. Shopped around and these guys had the best price and could come in quick. They got the part replaced very fast and took car of all the parts. The parts I am docking them for was communication. I had a 2-hour window set up for the service, but 30-minutes after the window was closed I had to call them to see why no one showed. There seemed to be some confusion, but they had another guy come over within 30 minutes. After the install I had some questions and tried to contact them. Had to leave a message and never got a call back (questions were answered elsewhere).

I had NO heat , I called and Paul showed up with an hour! All the way from Apple Valley ! He was VERY efficient. informative, and professional I will be calling on him for all my heating and AC problems Thanks to AIR KNIGHTS I can rest easy!! The part needed was not in stock so we aren't done just yet BUT my furnace is working and it will be finished with in a few days NO hassles! Linda P.

Paul came on a Saturday and got it running until a new furnace could be installed.

Service was good... but, had to come back to seal the distillation pump.

My Nest Thermostat was not getting power and I did not have heat. Paul was the first available w/ the lowest service fee. He said we needed a 5 wire cable from the furnace to the thermostat but only had only a 4 wire. He said he could run a new wire on the spot and I agreed to the $750 cost. He did the work in less than an hour and used about 15ft of wire. Then he told me that I needed a new furnace and there was a blinking indicator consistent with a known issue and he gave a quote. The blinking indicator was present before he came and ran the new wire. After he left the furnace kicked itself off again and the nest lost power, again. I do need a new furnace but I am out $750 for less than an hour of work and still have a cold house. I am looking for a reputable co. now. I have now asked other companies what they would charge for the same work and the price is 1/3. The quote from Paul also seems to be on the high end. Be careful of people trying to take advantage of you. There are supply issues, utility prices are going up but you still deserve a square deal.

I spent a long time looking for an accommodating and knowledgeable HVAC professional and Air Knight fulfilled all my criteria for a great service company. Phillip came to me and was quickly able to assess and deal with my air conditioning situation - believe me I contacted a lot of people and no one was as responsive as he was.
