Paul arrived within a couple of hours and promptly found the problem with my furnace - dirty flame sensor. I had another company out earlier in the day and they didn't check the flame sensor, but advised me that I needed a new furnace. Paul also told me about the annual inspection service and it seems quite thorough. I'll be scheduling that for this spring.

Even tho it was a Sunday when our furnace broke down, they were quick to stop by the house, trouble shoot and offer choices. We chose a new energy efficient unit, since our existing furnace was 30 yrs old, and air knights had it ordered and installed by the very next day. Saved our Christmas for the many guests coming to stay in our home for the holidays.

The owner of air knights, Paul was very clear in explaining the problem. When he explained a replacement was necessary he took time to outline all of our options. I appreciated his timeliness and efficiency despite being very busy. Certainly recommend this company to others.

Paul came out about two hours after I called them & assessed and fixed the problem immediately. He was pleasant & curteous. It was a simple fix with a simple part that retailed online for about $35. He charged me $295 for the part alone, in addition to the service visit which was $70. I expected to pay high for the work, but, according to three other sources in the field, this was quite high & I feel like I got robbed.

Same day service, arrived on time, reasonable price

Owner attempted to sell me a capacitor for $295 (installation separate) when same capacitor showed for sale online for as low as $4 and no more than $15. Owner ended up selling capacitor for $10.

Paul was very professional in the diagnosis of the problem and repairing the furnace. Upon further research, I found that they charged me $1000.00 dollars in labor to install a $350 part which took 5 minutes to diagnose and 15 minutes to install. I feel that I have been ripped off by this contractor. I would not recommend to anyone else

Paul was finished with a different job early, he called and asked if he could do the estimate early, which I was glad for. He diagnosed the problem, and the day scheduled for the fix he arrived on time and fixed the issue, on a Saturday. He gave good recommendations, and how to prevent the problem in the future. Another company told me I had to replace the furnace, but Paul said that wasn't necessary saving me thousands.
