The guy came in, spent maybe 2-3 minutes in the furnace room and told me I needed a new furnace costing $4,800.00. I paid him the $59.00 for doing nothing. I called in another firm my neighbor had used. He told me furnace looked fine I paid him more for the furnace tuneup and it was worth it. ***The Air Knights guy called back twice objecting to my review. After talking back an forth, disagreeing for a time, I guess we ran out of gas and ended the conversation. It seems the guy honestly thought he provided a service by telling me the furnace was endangering our lives. He should have spent more time proving it and then he would have seen it wasn't a problem or proved that it was. I believe he is a legitimate business man but he jumped the gun on this one. He offered to refund his charges, but I refused to accept it. He has to live with his recommendation.

I was fresh home from a months hospital stay and furnace wouldn't light. Centerpoint refused to send a technician for several days. Paul gave me a same day appointment. He arrived when he said. He was very respectful of trouble shooting my brother had done. And he immediately zeroed in on a faulty thermostat. Something centrepoint had installed. I will be cancelling ceneterpoint because of how they failed me when needed the most. Will be calling paul instead.

Paul comes to your house, tells you exactly what is fair, instills confidence that he is the best guy for the job. And, guess what? It is true. I have two houses, have dealt with other heating/cooling companies through the years. This company does quality work and is straight forward about best approach for the job. I would highly recommend this company. And, wow, hope you get Robert the licensed technician, he is so talented and a perfectionist. Loved that!!!

Needed an air conditioning recharge. Response was quick and they came same day. I have not inspected the work because it is a rental and I was not available at the time of the service. The renters have not complained again, so I believe the quality of the work to be good. More than I expected to spend, but I am at a disadvantage because of the coolant my unit uses. The service call cost was reasonable.

I called Paul to come out do a furnace check for City of Hopkins inspection and he was prompt and on schedule, his price was very reasonable

Paul was able to add us to his already busy schedule during the high humidity week after our air conditioner stopped working. We were most grateful. Paul even returned later in the evening to add more R22, Coon Rapids and back to Edina, to our system after his supply for the day was used up.

Responded to our requests and identified the problem accurately. Special parts needed to be ordered so a/c could not be fixed immediately, but Paul took care to make sure as soon as the parts arrived that we were serviced promptly. Air conditioning is now working again! Thank you Paul. Ted L.

Responded quickly, by phone. Arrived on time as stated. Very friendly but professional. Knew his stuff. Found the problem with my AC within minutes. Will be calling him again for my AC and furnace needs. Recommend you do the same.

At our place for maybe 10 minutes. $575 dollars for replacing one part (CAP). Will never be hiring them again, and I will make sure that all my neighbors do not hire this company.

They were able to replace our furnace same day. The only thing is they didn't include a drain hose so we ended up with water building up until we put in our own hose.

Ac out on a Friday night, hottest day of the year. They were here within 2 hours and made the repairs quickly and efficiently. Will definitely call them again if necessary...but I hope not!

The installers were very polite and efficient, but difficult to understand. Not sure of their nationality and my mother had a hard time understanding them but said they were very nice guys. The company also offered us the option to look into a rebuilt AC unit instead of new if cost was an issue. We chose new. Very happy with Air Knights!

The service tech who came to our home was very knowledgeable, but when he explained the things that needed to be done, he only did so verbally and did not annunciate well. As such, he suggested an extra sealant be added to the coolant. I heard him say the sealant would cost $95 and gave a verbal agreement. He did all the work, but it turned out that the cost of the extra sealant was $195. At that point the work was done and he insisted he said $195 not $95. So, get an estimate in writing before agreeing to any work!!

Paul was my service tech and he was a real pro. Friendly, too, and informative. Aces!
