This company is not to be trusted or recommended. Will report this company to the BBB for unethical business practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND WARN OTHERS TO STAY AWAY!!!!

the repair guy came directly into the house without ring the bell, that is very polite. the attitude was very bad. he charged me $120 just for rinse the machine with water. and they came just about 30mins, just add some freon, the total charge is $455. but the website said the average charge for refill refrigerant is about $100-$150, so I believe he over-charged me.

Missed diagnose the issue & charges

I had barely finished request on HomeAdvisor when they called me. They were here the next afternoon to look at my central air system and the same evening they came to install our new unit. They're great at explaining what they found and how they arrive at final cost numbers. They showed me what repairing our old unit would entail and gave me quotes on a basic and an energy efficient replacement, letting me choose the option I wanted to pursue.I'd recommend them highly.

He fixed the problem but didn't come when he said he was going to come. Then came out late the next day, and was $370 for job for labor. Happy that he got it fixed because it was an emergency, just felt like I was taken advantage of.

Paul was professional and showed up well prepared. He was willing to take the time to talk me through an additional issue the following day on the phone.

I use your service to access a home heating company locally and got one based in savage which is not even close to by house. I got a call back about 3 minutes later and he said he could come out and fix my furnaces in a few hours. Paul the service tech showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem and sourced the part locally. He told me that I have a very rare furnace and that the parts were very expensive as well as being known to have this problem but that the fix for this problem was to change out the control board ($666.78) and and the fan ($423.23) which is the cause for the control board to go bad. I had him pick up and install the board only and when he was out picking up the board I checked on the furnace (RUUD) to see if it was rare and found that it's a common product. I had it installed 10 years ago. Paul install the board and the furnace worked as expected. I paid him in cash $790.00. The next morning I checked in the pricing of the control board (Protech *62-102635-81) $148.00 on line and locally $199.00. I then called him the next day (1-23-19) on his cell phone and told him that it was not acceptable to mark up the price of the control board 300% and that I need him to come to my house and give me $200.00 in cash before 5:00 pm that same day. After a less than one minute of him trying to give me some BS story I told him in no uncertain terms that I intended to be sacrificed or he would not fair well as I would be in contact with the BBB and others if need be. He stopped by and gave me $200.00 cash within two hours. My concern is that I am not the first or the last that he has duped and that folks on fixed incomes it's a gut punch that can then set them back. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, straight forward and effortless with his delivery. He even gave us a lame but funny joke at the end! THIS is customer service

The guy said he had to order the part I needed for the repair. I called him twice, he said he would get back to me and never did. I still need the work done and no one to do it.

They responded quickly and did a good job, but forgot to replace the thermostat. The unit works well, and I appreciate getting the model they recommended. But, it is noisy. Paul came back and taped any possible gaps, but the noise just got worse. I anticipate they will find the source of the vibration and fix the noise.

I called Paul for a 2nd opinion that my old furnace was dead and needed replacement. He had it running within 10 minutes.

Air Knights took great care of our furnace at a reasonable price. The only thing I had an issue with was time management. Had some issues with them not showing up on time or showing up too early. Paul did a great job and was very informative about what needed to be done. Very respectful. Would reccomend them!
