This was the 2nd company i called for the same repair and they figured it out in 5 minutes of looking at my furnace and only cost me the visit fee compared to another reputable company that took 4 days to try and fix who suggested I get a completely new thermostat and furnace.

Paul was honest, upfront about cost and good quality work and clean work area. He was a good source upfront about options and what he recommended. He was easy to work with no bs. Highly recommend.

Total rip off. Service fee was $75 which is pretty good, but if you want to cool off quick, get ready to feel pressured to make an immediate decision to avoid another service charge. Pay the $75 to get the diagnostic, but don't use them to fix your stuff. They use shady tactics to get your stuff fixed and totally unreasonable prices for seal coating if you have a leak. 0/10- do NOT recommend going with them.

They came on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, and had our a/c up and running again within 90 mins of the call. Life savers! I have no idea if we were charged a fair price, but it was very fast service.

I thought he did a good job. I have heard so many differing opinions on good Air/Conditioners. Dimitri's information did match the Consumer Reports which made me feel reassured.

The tech came on time and asked me to turn the air on. I told him it does not turn on. He was rude. Did not ask about face mask, did not take his shoes off, or ask if it is ok, did not find anything wrong wiring of the thermostat and I feel overcharged. I would not recommend this company because of the attitude of the tech more than anything else. It does seem hard to get service in Minneapolis, when we do we get to be treated rudely. That is my experience.

On one of the hottest days the repairman arrived quickly and repaired the AC.

He came out to fix an AC unit, Told me I had to replace the entire system either 5149,-6700. I declined, had a different contractor come out, Had found out that Knight company technician had flipped the power breaker. New contractor flipped the breaker switch back and it started right up and did not even charge me. The service Techs name was Paul,

he arrived quickly and did a great job!! We will hire him again.

Do not hire this company. They came out and told me my furnace needed to be completely replaced. Something told me to get a second opinion. Maybe it was the fact that he had to write my credit card information down to take back to the office. An hour and a half later a larger, more reputable company came to my house and my furnace is completely fine. Now I am left sick to my stomach because this guy has all of my credit card information and I know he's not honest.

I would not use this company. I was told the gas valve was bad so it was replaced. Once the technician replaced the gas valve I was told the circuit board was going out. The furnace ran one time with the new gas valve only. I believe I was overcharged on the part according to my internet search. They refused to refund the gas valve purchase price when I decided to use a different service.

They were out the same day. Gave me a very fair price...$150 less than was quoted by another Home Advisor recommendation.
