Excellent! Price was very fair, the quality is excellent. The business model is the best I've found in the building trade window area. They cleaned up their job site, removed the stickers and washed the windows! Couldn't be happier. They truly pay attention to the details. Highly recommend.

Steve and his crew did a wonderful job! They were all very professional and friendly. We would get a call or text letting us know when they would be there; they even were wonderful with our dog who was very curious and followed them around. The guys even went above and beyond by trimming all the blinds so they would fit the new windows properly. I would definitely us them again in a heart beat!

Went well. Four day process. Steve (owner) worked with his crew of two others each day. They were on time each day, and generally worked between the hours of 9am to 4:30pm. Finished all interior work in 3 days and completed Remaining outside work on day 4. They removed window treatments and put them back up as well as moved furniture. They cleaned up really well each day. Competitive priced and good product.

Steve made this very easy. He answered all my questions, took notes and took pictures of my windows. When the day came to install the windows Steve and his two man crew came with a plan which they executed quickly and efficiently. Steve checked every window to make sure they worked correctly, then moved my furniture back and made sure the crew had cleaned the windows well. The windows look wonderful and open so much easier than my old ones. I'm very happy with them. Would I hire again or recommend? You bet!

Steve and his crew did a fantastic job. They were very professional and left our home neat and clean when they were finished. Showed up on time for all appointments and install days. Since we did our whole house we had a full 5 day install. They were on time every day and very professional and clean while being quite unobtrusive to the day to day activities going on in the house with the family. This was a complete turn-key job...they did everything from take down the blinds and window treatments, to putting them back up. Steve and his crew really know how to do full window and door replacements right...you can tell they have a ton of experience. The quality of the windows and doors is really quite good for vinyl and they look even better than the original wood windows. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future. Great, honest company that does quality work. Job is done on time and for the price quoted...very nice to work with. What more can you ask for?

The whole process was amazing. Steve listens carefully when arrangements are made whether its setting up a contract, or arranging work to be done. He answers emails and phone call promptly. never left me hanging and I was a challenge at times, I am very particular about contracts and about work being done correctly. The team of 2 guys that did my installs were amazing as well, they worked well together and I felt comfortable with them in my home. they obviously are well versed in installation. I love my new windows and doors, even my house seems quieter!

Overall, we were really impressed with Zen. They were punctual, took their time and did an excellent job (workmanship). They cleaned up each day and were very neat. More importantly they did exactly what they said they were going to do per the contract with no "surprises." I would definitely recommend this window company.

Steve and his crew were amazing! Steve showed up on time for the initial appointment and was extremely thorough in asking me questions so I fully understood what needed to be done to replace my windows and all the options that were available to me. Steve also gave me regular updates on when my custom built windows would be ready from the manufacturer and gave me ample team to schedule the install appointment. The day of the install, again Steve and his team arrived on time, called me immediately when they ran into some small issues, problem solved effectively and competed the job as scheduled. The quality of work was the best I have experienced in all of my many many contracting appointments. I highly recommend Steve and his team

Steve was great to work with. I had initially purchased an Angie's List big deal to replace one crank-out window. After speaking with Steve and seeing the Zen windows decided to replace most of our windows (our old ones were hard to open, hard to clean and the screens needed to be replaced). During that process Steve never pressured with additional sales. The work was done promptly and on the original time schedule. Steve's crew was great, it was the first time I had a work crew that left the house as clean as when they got there. The windows seem wonderful, just got done cleaning them and it was much easier and quicker then my old windows and they look fantastic. We have also noticed that it is much quieter in our house. Would certainly use Zen Windows again.

I had three other window companies come out a pitch their products. Then a local city inspector recommended Steve Copsey with Zen Windows. Steve came out and measured all the windows to provide a quote. No sales pressure at all! When it was time for the install the guys came out and covered all the floors. Very friendly guys!. At the end of the day they always cleaned up the work site and kept it clean throughout the entire install. After the windows were installed they even reinstalled my curtains.

Steve contacted me right away -- on a weekend while he was at a trade show -- and we scheduled a measuring for the coming week. Steve made the entire estimation process a delight. There was no pressure to buy and no upsells. He listened to what I wanted, and provided a fair estimate for exactly that. Likewise, the installation was great. Steve's crew was on time, courteous, and thorough. As they were getting ready to leave, they took extra time to show me the completed work and answer all of my questions. I would hire Steve and Zen Windows again without hesitation.
