Chad at Three Rivers responded immediately to my request for a quote. He made an appointment the next day, arrived on time, was knowledgeable, professional personable. I received the quote the next day and the work was scheduled for the following day. The workman arrived on time, took care to protect the floors, completed the job beautifully and cleaned up after the work was done.

Our AC went out on a Thursday and Chad was out Friday prompt gave us a quote for a new unit. We had other quotes coming that day later we called him back they came out Monday and replaced the unit just in time for the next heat wave while others where 3 to 10 days out he even offered to move some heating things at no charge but that will wait till next time we hire them for our next project you guys where great thanks again.

I was connected to Three Rivers Mechanical through Angie's List. They called me within minutes of receiving the inquiry and were at my house within an hour and looked at my furnace to make sure that all was well with it. The gentleman that was here tightened a few things and made sure it was in working order because I had been having some issues. He was incredibly polite and explained everything to me. I will hire them in a heartbeat for any other HVAC needs I have.

Had a old fuel oil furnace. They removed it and the tank then converted it to a natural gas furnace, centeral air, and gas hot water heater. What a great crew. I would recomend them to my friends and family

They were on time and friendly and did a good job but had to come back to replace the coolant in the air conditioner. I hac to call several times to get a receipt for the work.

Had an oil burning furnace with A/C replaced by Three Rivers. During the consultation the decision was made to move the furnace from the center of the basement over to an outside wall to allow for more space. Had a high efficiency A/C and furnace installed with all new duct work. They also ran a new gas line. The crew was very efficient and friendly. I was so impressed with the work that I hired them a few months later to install a furnace and ductwork in my newly built garage. Same result: professionally done in a timely manner. Have recommended them to others do to the quality job done here.
