Description of Work: Tom and his 2 workers were professional, experienced, and very hard workers. I was moving from a large multi-level home to a townhome--there was SO much stuff to move (more than I thought) and it took hours. But there were no problems, no damage, and we were very satisfied with Thomas Movers. A job well done and I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Thomas movers moved us out of one house into another over a two day period on a very hot days! Our closing date was delayed and Tom went the extra mile to fit us in his schedule. They were professional, cautious with our belongings and caring.

Description of Work: They moved boxes from our present home to our townhome.

Description of Work: I used Thomas Movers for two moves. They moved my uncle's household goods from his home into an assisted living residence and a month later they moved them back into his house. They came in and packed everything up.

Description of Work: Thomas (Tom) Frank, owner, came to the house to give an estimate of hours at the time he said he would be there. He answered phone calls with requests for his procedures in a very polite manner after that meeting. He and one of his aides showed up on time on loading-the-truck day. One of the 3 movers was late by 1.5 hours, but Mr. Frank reduced the hourly costs for that time. All movers worked at a fast pace and only took a half hour for lunch, which we did not pay for. The 2nd day, they arrived very close to on time. They walked up and down those steps both days for us. They put the boxes in the garage on moving-in day, but brought all furniture to the appropriate rooms. The $1455 was for at least 11 hours of loading/unloading time and time to travel to/from our home, AND many free items.
