water heater repair
+ -1 moreWhen I called towards the end of the day, they called me right back. Arrived on time first thing in the morning; other companies wanted me to pay to book a reservation time, they didn't. Very nice & polite and everything was in working order immediately. Their price was cheaper than at least six other companies I called and they could guarantee arrival first thing in the a.m. the following day which is why I went with this company.
Description of Work: Installed a new water heater and removed the old water heater.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE HEARD VERY GOOD REPORTS ON THIS PLUMBING COMPANY FROM FRIENDS. THAT IS WHY WE CALLED THEM. THEY WERE POLITE, AND ARE HONEST. IF ONE DOESN'T NEED THE WORK DONE THEY WILL TELL YOU AND THEY DON'T DO IT THEN. OUR WIDOW FRIEND'S PROBLEM NEEDED VERY MINIMAL WORK AND THEY DID IT.
Description of Work: REPAIRED TOILET, OPENED PLUGGED DRAIN, OPENED PLUGGED LAV. DRAIN, OPENED FLUE ON WATER HEATER ORDERED PARTS. (WE HIRED THIS FIRM FOR A WIDOW FRIEND ON A LIMITED BUDGET, SHE WAS WELL SATISFIED.)

+ -1 moreI WAS LEAVING FOR AN APPOINTMENT WHEN THE MEN WERE COMING UP THE DRIVEWAY WITH A NEW HOT WATER HEATER. WHEN I RETURNED TWO HOURS LATER IT WAS INSTALLED AND THEY HAD LOCKED THE DOOR. THEY WERE PROMPT AND POLITE.
Description of Work: REPLACED HOT WATER HEATER. I HAD JUST FINISHED MY SHOWER WHEN THE HOT WATER HEATER BURST AND WATER WENT ALL OVER THE BASEMENT. I CALLED PAULSON PLUMBING ON THE EMERGENCY NUMBER AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE RIGHT OVER. MEN WERE HERE WITHIN A HALF HOUR OF CALL.
