Jason was out to provide an estimate the day after I contacted him. He provided estimates for vinyl, steel and Hardie board to replace our old Masonite siding. His estimate for the job was quite reasonable. He had a sample of steel siding that was very close to the color of our house, so we opted for the steel siding. He was able to start work on the project a few days after we accepted his bid. His crew was punctual and quite entertaining at times. They were very competent and seemed to take pride in their work. They were able to complete the job in two days and the garage looks great. The total time from Jason coming out to do the estimate to job completion was about 1 week. I wouldn't hesitate to use Nicko construction for another project, I am very pleased with the results.

Excellent work which was completed within 48 hours of starting. They inadvertently forgot to install one length of gutter on the back of the garage, so I called Jason and spoke with him directly. He had someone at the house and the new gutter installed in less then 24 hours. I waited over a year to submit this report because I wanted to make sure things held up over at least 1 full season. It still looks great.

We were very satisfied with the estimating process and providing color samples before starting. Our starting date was within one day of the original target date. The job was coordinated very well, and the actual removal and installation was completed in one day. Everything was cleaned up the day of the job and the dumpster was removed the next day. We were very satisfied with the work provided.

The project went as smoothly as could be hoped with a project of this complexity. The start of the project was delayed a few days by weather issues at the prior job. Once the project started it continued smoothly with work being done on a Saturday to stay on schedule. The crew seemed very knowledgeable about the correct methods to install Hardie material. The communication with all the people involved was excellent. The insulation subcontractor was on schedule and did a complete job. A subcontractor used for the gutters was also very good. The overall result met our highest expectations. You need to be prepared for some disruptions including a dumpster, people being all over the outside of the house and some noise.
