NEW DESIGN REMODELING INC

They came out and completed the work as promised. The owner and one other worker completed the project. The work performed turned out very well. The owner was very good about asking me what I wanted. When I asked for more information he was very knowledgable about the topic and explained it well. Was then easier for me to make a final decision. After the work was done they cleaned up most of their mess. The only thing negative I would say was I had to go around picking up very small pieces of aluminum. But I can understand how that would be hard to get all of that picked up. The next spring I bought a rain barrel and called the owner to see if he would come out and modify my down spout for it. He said he had never done one but would come out and after explaining what I was looking for performed the work. I was very thankful as I did not have any of the tools needed to do this myself. If I need work done in the future I would call this company for a quote to do the work. I was overall very happy with the work performed.

Kevin was very prompt. He showed up, gave us a bid, scheduled the work, completed on time & on budget. Could not have asked for a better outcome.
