The construction season was off to a late start due to a late spring. I was originally referred to other companies - many of whom didn't even bother to return my call. I called Mork Well and they actually answered the phone. I also had a bid for the work in very short order. I had the pleasure of working with Jodi and Ron who were both very helpful. Due to a small lot size and many setback requirements, we had no legal options for installing a new well. Ron worked closely with the state Department of Health to coordinate a variance so the new well could be installed. I would highly recommend Mork Well and would use them again without hesitation. Only one minor suggestion for Mork would be to better describe the condition the yard may be in after the well is drilled. They did disclose there would be damage, which I expected. Rutting and damage will happen when you run a drilling rig, which probably weights 12k pounds, across the yard. However, with this being the first well construction I've needed, I didn't realize what a mess is caused by the drilled materials. This is just part of the normal well drilling process and has nothing to do with how Mork performs their work. It would have just been another "value add" to prepare me for the mess well drilling causes.

Once they were there, they completed the job in about 5 hours.

I went ahead and had the pump replaced. When they took the pump out they said it looked fine no problem. They replaced it with a new one and chlorinated the well . The whole thing took 1.25 hours to do. one hour after they left the pump started doing the same thing , coming on every 1/2 hour. I called them and they told me I must have a leak in my plumbing. They are not responsible for that, and I should consult a plumber for that problem . So I spent almost 1500.00 dollars on a pump I did not need AND I still have the same problem as before.

Got the pump started by replacing the capacitor. The problem is that because they worked on the pump it started leaking the following day and they say that's not their problem. If I pay another service call($175) they will fix it.

Couldn't be happier! From the first call, to the end of the job, they were above and beyond what I could have expected. They were prompt, clean, knowledgeable, fast, polite, and charged less than the quote. They advised on questions regarding other systems in our home. They were even nice to our dog!

We needed our entire septic system replaced. I sent bids out to 5 different companies, Mork was the first to respond! I had several questions, and Jodi, was always so quick to answer them. When the time came to chose, I selected Mork as they were considerably lower than the others. Trust me, in this case, the lower cost certainly did not mean lower service! They arrived exactly when they said they would, the gentleman that did the new system was so friendly and clearly enjoys his job. He took so much time explaining any detail I had questions on. After the new tanks and drainfield were in, he completely leveled our back yard, he even took time to fill in some low spots in our driveway for us! You will NOT be disappointed w/ Mork!!

They knew what they were doing. They tried to pull it out by hand but there was wood rot. They knew our area of Arden Hills and have run into this problem once every couple years. They had to make tools to do the job and come back another time. When they came back they were only here for the afternoon and finished up the job. They were great with communication and very kind.

Service performed expertly, and they were great at educating me and answering my questions. Couldn't be happier or more satisfied. I highly recommend Mork Well Co.

The technicians called ahead and arrived on time. They took the time to explain what they were doing, and the steps they were going to take to diagnose the problem. Within a very short time, they found a defective check valve which was causing the problem. This was a relief as it was a much less costly fix than expected. They gave me a quote on what a new pump will cost, which is a repair we'll have to make in the near future. I will definitely be calling them to do the work.

They communicated the scope of work effectively, arrived on time and performed the work as proposed. Nice guys as well.

Great service from start to finish! We had several previous estimates and were actually able to obtain an estimate from Monk just via email which was great as it saved one more visit to the house. We had an old well that had stopped working and we needed it sealed. Monk was half as expensive and available a month earlier than the other places. While we hope to never have to deal with another well, if we did we wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Diagnosed and suggested replacement of my 50 year old well pump and the piping. Explained the whole process and how the system worked.

Being in residential remodeling and new construction, I have worked with a number of well companies; However, Mork Well Co beats them all hands down on price, knowledge, providing the right product, and timing and professional service. I only call them now for anything having to do with well service. Great value!

During their first visit, they were unable to remove the well adaptor without the possibility of breaking it. They did not have a backhoe with them in case it broke and they would have to dig it up. They returned a week later and were able to remove it without breaking it. It was an inferior design installed about 20 years ago. They replaced the steel pipes with PVC, a new adaptor, and the new pump. Some new pipes were installed in the basement to accommodate the new pressure tank. They kept me informed of their schedule and what hey were doing.

There when they said they would be there. Cost what they said it would cost. Great guys. Very professional. I'd use them again in a minute.

Things went very well. We are about an hour away from Anoka, but they kept us in the loop on when they left the shop. Arrived on time. A short assessment, and the problem was down the well shaft. The technician pulled his truck into the yard and began pulling the pipe out of the well shaft. An examination of the wire leading the pump showed wear. While the technician was getting the pump refitted into the shaft, he noticed the pressure tank was filled with water. In all we got a new pressure tank, all new fittings, and the pump rewired. Excellent service.

Technician was on time and professional. Explained issue and fixed problem on the spot. He answered all our questions. He took the time and didn't make us feel rushed even though it was after normal business hours.

They were good. They are competitive on their price and the guy that came knew what he was doing. They have knowledge of the area itself which was very helpful.

Prompt scheduling, punctual arrival, polite and neat, took time to explain, gave advice for future maitenance.

They found the well breaker box and found there was half the power going to it from the breaker box. They said I should call my electric company and I did. That was the problem although I needed an electrician now. I am very satisfied with this company and would use them for all my well needs.

We woke up to a broken drain valve on our well tank. I called Mork at 7am, and they had someone here by 10am to fix the drain valve so we could have water again. They discovered we had a bad well tank, and had the parts to replace the whole thing. They were very efficient and explained everything they were doing and why. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs help with wells and well tanks! I will definitely use them in the future if needed!!! Thanks Mork Well for the great service!
