Steve did a great job - he can really think like a squirrel & I mean that as a compliment! It took several trips for him to capture all 4 squirrels, but he never complained about having to make a trip back to check the traps. He brought all of them out of the house and he sealed up the hole that they gnawed thru to get into the attic. We have had no squirrels or mice since. I would highly recommend and happily use Steve in the future.

Provider was 30 minutes late. The work came with a 2 month guarantee but when we called 1 month later to report that we still heard mice, the provider never called back. We called again a few days later and left a second message but still no call back. It's been a couple weeks now and we will just use another service

It took longer than I'd hoped, but I think we just had more squirrels than we originally thought. I will definitely use them in the future.

I wasn't too happy it was only guaranteed for two months and I figured that for 169.00 that it should had last longer. I think that I would use De-con instead next time, it last longer and is cheaper.

Everything went fine however he showed up 1 hour after he said he would be at our house.

Lee Pest Control came out on top after getting bids from several pest control companies to remove squirrels from my eaves. He charged a flat rate (not per squirrel), and gave me a four month guarantee, which I've already taken advantage of. I found two other spots where squirrels were getting in after the first round was done, and they came back and patched those up too for no extra charge. The patch jobs seem to have done the trick, and the live traps they use are humane and effective. I'm a happy camper!

I think he over charged for what he did. He got rid of my pest, but also trimmed a tree and a tree trimming co. said he did not do a good job with tree. he also left a mess.

GREAT PRICE COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES. NICE, FRIENDLY GUY. HE ISN'T THE MOST PROACTIVE. I HAD TO CALL HIM TO GET UPDATES ON HOW THINGSA WERE GOING. HOWEVER WHEN YOU CALL, STEVE LEE RESPONDED PROMPTLY. IT TOOK A NUMBER OF VISITS TO DETERMINE WHAT TYPE OF ANIMAL I HAD BECAUSE THEY NEVER WERE CAUGHT IN THE LIVE TRAP. IT TOOK A NUMBER OF MORE VISITS TO STOP THEM FROM GETTING INTO MY ATTIC. BUT THEY ARE NOW GONE.
