in conjunction with a local radio station, this company held a bathroom make over contest, with the winner to receive a bathroom makeover valued at $5000. They came to my house several times. They gave me a proposal and a sketch of the remodeled bathroom. I picked out cabinets, countertop and tiles. They have not followed through with anything they promised. They do not contact me when promised. When I call them, I get excuses and information that contradicts what I was told last time I called them. On Friday, Apr 17 the owner promised to call me on Monday. When I did not hear from him again , I wrote to him to detail my frustration and gave him a week to respond. I did not hear from him until 10 days later when he showed up at my door beggng for a last chance and promising me an installation schedule the next day. He promised me the job would be done in 2 weeks. It has been 9 months and no work has been done.

After talking with several people that have had similar work done, we felt her $ was way too high. We stopped working with her and stopped payment on the credit card. We went with another cabinet maker and his price is less then half installed, also had one more bid and that price was 1/2 as well, with better designs and ideas about the layout.
