+ -1 moreWe met with Nick from Cascade Electric. He came to our house and gave us a bid on a Tuesday. He said he would need $600 down for materials and permit and would be back on Saturday. He never showed up for our appt. We rescheduled 6 times. He did not show up for any of them. It has now been 4 months. He has not done the electrical and will no longer answer his phone. Gave many excuses to why he could not show up....jail, Dui, grandmother fell, no sitter for child. Do not trust him. He basically took our money and ran...

+ -1 moreMike was out of town some of the time and he thought the work was done and it wasn’t. There was a lack of communication on their part. The work they did was good. The process took approximately 6 months. This type of work is not dealt with on a regular basis.
Description of Work: We have a low voltage system which needed repair, we do not want to convert it to a standard system. They got it back so that the electric was usable in our home. They replaced some relays in the attic, etc.
