Fantastic! Great communication, and attention to detail. He had to come back to finish one part, and he was reliable from start to finish.

I guess I'm okay with the work that was done. There was a situation where they came out and did the wrong house. They came out and resurfaced the wrong house. They were professional about the whole thing, I got an apology back and forth about the whole thing and they said, "well, we'll take care of it and do yours right away", and was not charged for the work done and I was given a complete refund. I never got a full answer, but they thought they had the right house and they did the wrong one. I called them about it and I talked to to Angie's List about. Again, they were very professional about the whole incident and said, "what can we do to make it right". I said, "just get mine done" and they then called back and said, "there will be no charge to you at all". They corrected their own mistake. They came back when they said they were going to and got it done.

It went well. Communication was good throughout the process and the work was done well.

There was good communication with the owner regarding timing as the scheduling was dependent on the weather. Once scheduled they came as planned and the driveway looks good.

Once the company got in contact with me, everything went well.

They did a very professional job given the tough situation. They went to the extra trouble to remove anything that was loose they also called me to tell me what poor condition of the driveway which was a true statement. They did exactly what I expected.

They did an excellent job, cleaned the driveway and edged the edges, filled the cracks, and covered with a good surface coating. Our driveway previously had a hot-chip application, so it required extra cleaning and extra surface coating. The business owner is on-site working with the other crew members and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

A powerful rain storm the day of original application washed some of the sealer off the driveway but Blackjack resealed it and it looks great now.

Very well. Jack came by prior to service to check condition of the driveway, which I thought made sense.

Ultimately did not hire the company. Purchased a $219 Angie's List deal for sealcoating up to 1,000 sq. ft. (our driveway is less than 500 sq. ft.) Blackjacks immediately tried to add $150 of "additional fees" for a total cost of $369. I cancelled the deal.

He came out to do an estimate, and unfortunately it involved additional work and cost that I was not comfortable with. I have refunded the deal through Angie's List.

everything was done properly, quality was excellent, as were service and price.

If I could give an A+++ I would. I purchased the service in April, Barry called right after I contacted them with my dates. Unfortunately, my basement flooded, and I had to put things off. Barry said no problem, and we arranged for him to call back in a month. Still not ready? No problem. Barry was so flexible and courteous. We finally worked it out and Barry and his team came out on a Sunday, trimmed the grass, patched the cracks and seal coated - all in an hour. I get compliments on the driveway from all of my neighbors, and will definitely call Barry again next year - deal from Angie's List or not. Thank you.
