Our president mentioned they needed to get the gutters and down spouts done. I told my guy at All Season Remodeling and Exteriors about this and he called our president right away. This impressed him 1st. 2nd he talked to him about options for improvement and lastly he explain the whole process. I have seen the work that they do and I will never use anyone else. May be cost a little more, but not having to do it again in 10 years is so worth it.

I originally called All Seasons to get a quote for taking care of a leak in the garage roof of a house I'd purchased about 3 months prior. I was also concerned about a leak in the upstairs shower stall and thought it may be coming from the house roof. Rob Hempbill came out , was very professional and courteous. Rob went further than the other two companies' representatives, in that he walked the entire roof, house and garage. Rob recommended a roof tune up for the house and and a new garage roof at that time. He recommended that the kitchen exhaust pipe be moved Rob was clear that he couldn't see a direct cause for the bathroom leak but thought there were enough iffy spots to do the tuneup as that might take care of the problem. Before I could get that pipe moved, we had a storm and that caused water to come into my first floor bedroom. Had Rob out again and he showed me where and how it entered the house and how his company would fix that problem. Our insurance company came through with funds for a new house roof and I hired All Seasons. Rob was on site and frequently checked on the workers up on the roof. They were very neat and careful of my bushes and deck. Everything was cleaned up and out of the way early the next morning. We continued to be plagued with that shower leak and Rob came back three times to look over the roof, and replaced an exhaust hood. The fourth time, Rob asked and I agreed that he bring another roof expert. They reached through an exhaust vent area and took lots of pictures - nothing looked like water had come from the roof. They took off the bathroom fan exhaust hood and found a bit of a gap between the exhaust hose and the roof which they caulked up. We've had no more problems. I REALLY appreciate that Rob came back multiple times and expressed a willingness and desire to solve the problem.
