I had my 27-year-old furnace and a/c replaced by them. The entire process was effortless. Joe and John were great to deal with. The 2 techs that came out were very friendly and efficient. They had the whole project done in less than a day. The clean-up and explanation of the new system met and exceeded my expectations. The new furnace works great and is much quieter than the old one. We only had a chance to run the air for one day, and it also worked very well. I would highly recommend Air Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning for furnace and a/c replacement

John H quoted me some options and felt that he was shooting straight with me. It's hard to know with some business if you are getting oversold. The installers were knowledgable and respectful. They completed the job quicker than I thought it take as well. I think that hiring them was a very good choice.

John is the sales person who gave me the bid. He gave me a few options to choose from and was very responsive to my questions that came up after his initial visit. Air Comfort Installed a new Trane AC as well as a Trane high efficiency gas furnace. The exhaust for the furnace had to go out the sidewall instead of through the roof. I needed to get approval from my homeowners association to do this. All this was accomplished in a short amount of time. I appreciate the discount for paying cash and their ability to get me on the schedule right away. I love that my new system is so quiet!

The office staff is helpful and responsive. The techs are clean, quiet and quick. My new furnace passed inspection. What more can I say?

The service was fast and friendly, and the Trane equipment is high quality. My only concern is some minor damage was done but not mentioned.
