The heat pump install was great! It was quick and competent. I was happy with the quoted pricing and John was kind and patient.

Service was great. John was very informative and thorough. Pricing was competitive and job was completed just as John explained it. Was given a rate estimate on Friday and installed the following Friday. Would highly recommend Air Comfort.

Fairly priced. The representative that came over to give me a quote could have communicated more clearly with the people installed the unit. I felt that I had to oversee the installation to ensure it was done as we had discussed. The crew did a good job overall.

DO NOT USE this company. Sales lied from the beginning only telling you what you wanted. they didn't do what they said they were going to do which separate them from other companies. Start out with a low price and then gradually added everything that other contractors already included. Eventually their price became a little bit higher than the competitors price. They were beyond frustrating to deal with and I felt like I was buying a used car.

The work was scheduled and performed immediately and competently. In addition, they were very knowledgeable about the cutting edge features high efficiency furnaces and the minor but important maintenance issues to keep in mind.

Salesperson was very knowledgable regarding the Trane products. Installers were a pleasure to work with. A very good combination indeed. Highly recommend Air Comfort!

Over all the install was great - they were able to do it very soon and it was done quietly and quickly. There has been a little bit of confusion with paperwork, but it is being taken care of and the sales rep has been extremely easy to work with and always answers my calls. After city inspection there was a minor issue that needed to be redone on the install, but as far as the product working as described - so far - fantastic. I would recommend them.

Great overall service from initial contact to post install follow up. John was very thorough. Install was very quick and professional. The installers did a great job. They also offered the best financing option of all the companies I got bids from. 2 months after install everything is working great. They did what they said they would and there were no delays, issues or surprises. I would definitely recommend Air Comfort.
