Accredited Electrical Solutions (AES) is a family owned electrical contracting company. AES was founded in 2009 by husband and wife team, Matt & Heather McGill. We are a Minnesota licensed and bonded electrical contractor serving the twin cities metro area and surrounding suburbs. Our team has over 75 years of combined experience to help you with your electrical needs. Our firm specializes in residential and commercial remodels and additions. We handle all types of projects, from replacing an outlet to a commercial build out, we have the solutions for all of your electrical needs. We take pride in our quality electrical work, and offer fast 24 hour emergency electrical service.

Description of Work: We were very pleased with the work performed moving some electrical outlets to prepare for an egress window in our basement. Before purchasing the coupon with the company, we were able to discuss what our project needs were over the phone and were given guidance on how much labor they expected it to take. Description of Work: We wanted some grounded outlets in our old house. They wouldn't have been able to bring it fully up to current code without completely gutting the complicated wiring in the house, but they were finally able to put in modern outlets. I think the house is safer now, and we now understand the wiring system in the house better.

Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding regarding the scope of work for this project, customer indicated a few small items were needed for repair. Once we were at the jobsite, we found out the project was a kitchen remodel that had been previously started by others. AES notified customer of insufficient work that had been done with the remodel and could not allow this work to stay as is in order to meet code and pass inspection. AES extended an offer to the customer for a free estimate regarding the required code work needed, customer accepted. There was a misunderstanding regarding the appointment time for estimate. Customer contacted AES (he thought the appointment would happen same day, our estimator believed he left it as we would contact him within the next day). It was an unfortunate misunderstanding, we offered to have the estimate completed on November 3rd, customer declined.

Description of Work: I was very bothered by the electrician. He found out that I am Catholic and basically spent the entire time that he was here to badmouth the Catholic Church and my faith. It was totally uncalled for. He should have been working more and talking less. The work that he did was fine, but I would never hire him again.
