Description of Work: He showed up at the wrong time and immediately tried to charge me more without doing anything but walk around the building. He told me how the Angie's List price barely pays him but he didn't follow the things he listed as covered for that initial price. After I asked for my money back he agreed to do the initial service at no extra charge but basically just pounded a few shingles down. I was given no real assessment of the state of my roof. I would never call this group again.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's Special for this roofer to check out my roof and tell me the condition. When the guy arrived, he indicated in the first minute that because of the height of the roof, it would be an extra $50. He then asked if I had any particular concerns about the roof. I told him that I could see a missing shingle. The guy got on the roof and confirmed that there was a missing shingle. We used an extra shingle in his truck to fix the roof. When I asked him to check out the rest of the roof, he looked around and said it was fine. The whole encounter was 20 minutes from start to finish. I didn't really feel like I got a thorough roof inspection, which was what the package entailed. I did get the missing shingle fixed, which was good.
