 + -1 moreThis place is awesome! I bought a washer at a really good price 2 years ago and it still does a great job. We had to buy a new refrigerator over the 4th because ours died. So, I went back to A1 to see what they had. I found a REALLY nice one and bought it on the spot. The delivery went just fine, but when we turn on the fridge and let it run for 24 hours, it just was not getting cold enough. I called there service department and they wanted to come out and fix it. Which was fine with me. Not even a minute after getting off the phone with them, they called back and said they will replace the whole thing the next day. The new one is perfect! I highly recommend this company 100%! They will always get my business.

 + -1 moreEasy to find ad on Craigslist. Worked with the Mpls location for efficient delivery of a dryer to a rental property in East St. Paul. Staff was helpful on the phone, and willing to work with renter to arrange delivery. BUT - the dryer did not contain a lint screen & A-1 did not provide any solution... they don't deal in parts. Unwilling to provide a lint screen, as they had none on hand. I had to buy my own lint screen. Thought I'd get a complete dryer - with a lint screen. Otherwise, the dryer worked fine.

Description of Work: I have bought appliances from A1 for 3 properties over the past 2 years. I was so impressed that I recommended them to my sister, who just got a "new" used fridge. My experience with them has been great. Their building is nothing fancy; just a big metal warehouse. But once inside, the sales staff is professional and knowledgeable. I've gotten 3 refrigerators, 2 stoves and a dishwasher. Everything has worked great. One of the refrigerators vibrated after it was delivered. I called them and the repair guy was there the next day. No charge. I think these guys are great and highly recommend if you want used appliances.

Description of Work: Bought a used gas dryer from them. Free delivery and free removal of my old dryer. The dryer has a 6 month warranty included.
